Working out in the water is one of the most therapeutic activities one can take part in. Gina will lead us as water aerobics builds cardio, strength and resistance all while being easy on the joints and in a relaxing atmosphere! This class will use water resistance to strengthen the muscles and use the warmth (93 degrees) and buoyancy of the water for increased flexibility and balance.
Transport will leave Maple Terrace at 1:30pm to travel to the SRMH Wellness Center for this class and will return by 3:30pm.
Please wear comfortable clothes to travel in as well as shoes intended for wellness activities. Proper swim attire for use of the warm water or lap pool at SRMH Wellness Center can be worn or brought with you to change into upon our arrival.
